Okay bank . Running a local buisness I use them nearly everyday , although it's slow most of the day due to lack of employees . Also , I've been told to come back sometimes due to lack of management and not having enough cash for change or access to safe ???? Needs more employment, other than that it's a normal small bank !
Nice employees but this branch is poorly managed. I do business here 6 days a week. This branch regularly opens late and the manager lacks basic customer service skills. On multiple occasions, the manager has made me wait to take someone else’s business first as if my business isn’t as important. She doesn’t ask if it’s ok to take someone else first nor does she apologize for it afterwards.
