Will be closing account and moving it to another brand. Went to bank to draw out money to make a road trip. The atm didn’t work, I proceeded to go to drive thru, when a banker looked at me and another vehicle pulling up and quickly dropped cones to block us out and said we closed 30 seconds ago! No respect for the very people in their community who provide them with a job by trusting them to hold our money. To act as a communist company by dictating when we can get money by the second. Where is compassion, doing the right thing, helping your community gone? I’m a disabled combat veteran, what if I said , it’s 4 o’clock we stop fighting for your freedom till 9am go defend yourself till then! That’s exactly what she said to customers! That incident made me have to beg for a room in this town for a night till they opened the next day! I slept in my car because of her, I hope she slept well and had a nice meal!!!
Were friendly and helped with paperwork, and were able to see me in a timely manner, even during the pandemic.
The drive thru in Florence al can’t handle being a drive thru! It’s a 45 min minimum in drive thru with all 3 lanes open, I’ve waited over an hour before a couple times to pay a bill!
If I had the choice I would give 0 stars !!! This bank is a joke !! The only one left open in the area and you can’t even get the service you need ! The employees are rude and they tell you one thing on the phone and it’s the total opposite when you drive all the way over there !!! Will never deal with a Wells Fargo Branch of any kind any Location again!! Never seen a Bank that Could not except a payoff amount or even explain what to do with $13k Besides put me on the phone with Holding Automative System for 30 minutes twice. It's took care of now through your neighbourhood bank. They were Happy to Help with Spreading Money to whom it needed to get to.!!
