Heavyset Caucasian women driving reckless texting &&lighting a cigarette almost hit me 2x. Called the company pretty sure they won’t do anything about it will be making a police report as well! ☺ufe0f If I could give zero stars I would.

May be because of the time of day (morning) Driver showed up earlier than given time frame which was great for me! Fair priced and the driver was friendly and sociable. No long waits or rudeness. I would def try again

Cab service was exceptional. Dispatch /Customer service was very helpful and adjusted to the needs of the rider. Driver went to pick up the rider and he was not able to get off of the boat. The driver spoke to the Wilson Locks and Dam to arrange a time to come back and get him. Could not ask for better service and rates!

I hear nothing but horrible reports daily about this taxi service. Im a lyft and uber driver but primarily lyft in the shoals area and they are constantly telling potential customers that we don't have rideshare or that they have the same drivers so they'll still have to wait on a ride. Its insane how many intoxicated people I've picked up that had been sitting waiting on them for 2 hours continuing to drink and contemplated just driving home until a bartender or someone else requested a lyft for them. Download lyft and never wait on a ride again. Im on the app daily while my sons in school from 7:15 to 2:00 pm and all day and night until the bars close on Friday and Saturday. There are always drivers on in the area so no need to wait hours and be late or drive drunk.
