A burger king that is out of beef isn't a burger king. I use the app to order ahead as a convenience but instead I am having to file for a refund in burger kings app because they could not fulfill my order due to not having any hamburger meat.
The manager and crew were very nice. The manager Mr. Mays helped us with our order. The food wasn't the best, but I think it was the lack of crew he was given to work with. Being short handed causes stress on other employees. I understand that the home office restricts them from having too many on the clock, but I feel the customers are more important than having 1 or maybe 2 extra people than allotted for.
Ordered and paid for an 8 piece mozzarella sticks, only got 4 and the 4 I got were so dried out the cheese was yellow and hard. I waited in line for 15 minutes for them. I never seem to have a problem if I eat there at lunch, it always seems to be at night when I pay for stuff they left out or something is messed up.
Food is good. But check your items before leaving. They usually forget something. They are good about fixing it, just not making sure in the first place.
It's ok nothing to brag about. For some reason the food quality varies with each visit. Never really how fresh it will be or if your fries have been sitting under a light for past couple hours.
