Let me start by saying the food was cold. We ordered the 2 for $6 fish sandwiches and a side order of fries and a drink. Both sandwiches were cold and one of them the bun was hard like it had dried out or had been in the microwaved too many times. The fries were okay. They did replace the sandwiches and they were really good once they were actually hot. It was not very busy and they didn't take that long to get the food. On the lighter side the dining room was clean and the bathroom was okay except he trashcan overflowing. Would we return to this Jack's, probably not anytime soon. Maybe better training would help or a pay raise? Some incentive to motivate them to do a better job...I don't know....

Food tasted really good. Was really cheap. But small portion so that's why so cheap. Definitely would stop again. Super quick line and great customer service

2 for six dollars. Let me tell you about the BLTs at jacks in Russellville. Number one- they are loaded with bacon. Number two- the lettuce is fresh and crispy. Number three-the tomatoes were fresh and there were two slices on our sandwiches. We asked for extra mayo and they actually put it on The sandwich. You get all of this for six bucks...... incredible. So you can guess I’ll be back, back, back for another one of these deals!

Very disappointed, trying to call in about a milkshake but phone is not working. My husband brought me a vanilla shake about an hour ago. I started drinking it & discovered dark specks in it and smears on the inside of the cup! Yuck! I didn't drink anymore of course! I suspect it might be chocolate syrup but I don't know ud83dude15. If it is, then the mixer was not cleaned after use.nI'm not happy either way because we have had a lot of orders that weren't filled properly. I don't eat there much but my husband does.nPoor management in my opinion!
