Drive thru was RUDE and we waited almost 10 minutes for them to take our order in the almost empty line. Didn't know how to ring up our order. Had to call someone to give her the correct code which she did over her open headset. Then she continued to sigh with every item ordered. Food was cold. Like warmed in the microwave 15 seconds cold. It was also all wrong on special orders. Skip this dump and go to Wendy's. I know I will from now on.

Started in the drive thru. The truck in front of us broke down. He needed a jump so we pulled out of line to give him a jump. We lost our place so I said I would go inside. Only one guy on the register and he seemed to be stumbling on himself.nAfter about 10 min I asked for a Mgr to refund my money. She snapped at me saying we are short handed and we have your order right there. Very nice it sits there why not give it to me so I could be on my way!!nNo I had to keep waiting.

Employees are rude, they're out of the impossible meat. Apparently they discontinued it but no signs are up anywhere. Umm of you're out of something, PUT A SIGN UP. Let people know so they don't waste time looking at the menu

Be prepared for the generous amounts of mayo.nnEdit:reduced to two stars from 3. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and got no pickles and only the smallest glob of katchup/mustar mixture on the world's driest buns.nnEdit: they have officially quit toasting the bread. You will get spongy untoasted bread.nnPs: this used to be a really good BK location and is still ok most of the time.
