Food was fine just had a longer wait than necessary.. Considering the lack of people in the drive thru. The lobby is closed so no reason it should have taken 10 minutes for for burgers

Drive thru very slow,...prob due to COVID. I was asked to pull up at this ‘fast’ food restaurant with a closed dining area. I declined to pull up for a sausage and egg biscuit. The manager proceeded to tell me that he didn’t need my business. He gave me a refund. I’ve never been treated so rude. He def needs retraining on customer service. Or perhaps find a job scooping animal dung at a zoo where human interaction is limited.
Nobody comes close to a Hardee's biscuit not even grandmaw lol
