BB&T

My experiences with BB&T lately have been horrific (company based as well as personal experience). All but two of the employees there treat everyone as though you work for them. Months back I was in the beginnings of buying a home, the individual responsible for home loans was extremely unpleasant, she even tried to deter me from getting the type of home loan I was interested in and claimed they didn’t offer USDA, which they do and she wouldn’t even return my calls or emails. I eventually went to another bank and within 2-3 hours I had prequalified for my home loan and in 1 month I became a homeowner again.nA different situation: They’ve been treating my co-worker so terribly that she considered quitting her job just so she wouldn’t have to participate in a professional banking relationship with them. The measures they take to belittle are unbelievable. After looking into the bank’s reputation, it is obvious that I am not the only one who feels as though the treatment given is nothing short of rude and unnecessary. You cannot treat the businesses that bank with you or the average customer that trusts you with their money like they are disposable. I work in a similar industry and no matter who enters my office, I am grateful to have the pleasure of doing business with them and I treat them as such. Good customer service goes a long way. When you treat people respectfully they will remember you and continue to do business with you in the future.nMy personal banking with BB&T ends tomorrow.

This bank is wonderful! The staff are super friendly and jump right on it as soon as the door swings open!! I want bank anywhere else!! Thank you for being such a wonderful bank in Andalusia Al!!

Best bank in Covington County! I love all the employees and how they always go the extra mile to help!

Don’t bother with this bank.nLazy employees.nRude to customer and potential customers.nNoticeably do not open on time.nUsually one teller available to help customers and 2 or 3 employees just walking around not helping.nManagement is rude.nMy wife has not gotten correct change back more than once.nSometimes you get ignored for minutes if teller is on the phone and other workers just walk by without any care to help you at all.nDo not use this bank, it’s a joke and a hassle.

This bank is a joke and I hope when sun trust does their merge that they clean house and get rid of these seasoned, mean, mannerless employees. Don’t waste your time here.
