Amazing!! We truly love this place! We go for CrossFit and so far, we are beyond pleased with the results! The workouts vary which keeps it fun and keeps your muscles guessing. Everyone there is so supportive, if there is something you're not sure about, they are so quick to assist and motivate you. There is a wide variety of services offered including an open gym in the evenings with free weights, sports training for students, and yoga.nnOh! And the best part is the cost! We had paid for a high priced gym membership for years that we rarely went to, we are completely addicted to CrossFit and look forward to it daily. If I could give Foster's more stars, I would! Highly recommended!
