Service was great, food was really bland and mediocre. I had a burger that was not seasoned at all. Another person in our group got mashed potatoes that were cold and served in a smoking hot bowl. Really strange. Won't be back.

Few weeks back had dinner at UNO’s. Jamie was our server. He was amazing. Told us about specials, kept up on refills. We had great experience. We decided to go back on February 14th. The restaurant was busy. I don’t know our servers name because she didn’t introduce herself. Once we ordered our food we saw these red papers on tables that said what Valentine’s Day specials were. My son was upset because on the special was something he really wanted. Not once our server told us about any specials. She took our order, brought out drinks and food. Next time we saw her was when she brought our check. I don’t think we will go back to Uno for a while and if we do, we will make sure Jamie is there.

I loved this places food so much I ordered practically their entire menu to try and such, as you can guess I got pretty full so after wards I ended up barfing in their parking lot just so I could go back into that pizzeria and eat more. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for great food

Very disappointed with takeout meal. I have ordered the zoodle Primavera and have always been completely satisfied and raved about the dish. However, ordered tonight from unos in queensbury and there were zoodles and tomatoes. Where are the artichoke hearts and mushrooms. To top it off the serving size was half the portion size compared to when I had ordered before. I was very disappointed 15.00 for half a normal size serving. that is ridiculous

The pizza, like usual, was fantastic and the appetizer that the waiter suggested (crab and shrimp dip) was also terrific, but the absolute best part of stopping there was the waiter, Jamie R.nHe was spot on for everything. We never had to ask Jamie for a thing. If all waiters/waitresses were like him, restaurants would never have to worry about business again. Keep up the great work Jamie....we’ll be back.
