I placed an order on the Taco Bell app because the drive thru line was long and employees were bringing in store pick ups out to people's cars.The app informed me when my food was ready but I waited for 5 minutes at least and nobody brought my order out. I called to find out why. I was told that I should have gone through the drive thru to let them know I was here and they would make my order and bring it out to me. There were no instructions on the app to direct me to do so, and going through the drive thru would defeat the purpose of ordering on the app.i asked if my food would be cold, and was told no, because it probably hadn't been made yet, even though the app said it had. However, 30 seconds later, they brought my food out. It was cold and the tortilla shell was stall. My burrito was smaller than my hand. I had requested 4 mild sauces and got none. I did not get my drink. I understand that things are more challenging right now, but that is not an excuse for such poor customer service. i was very dissapointed with my experience.

Don’t expect to get what you order. It’s never right. I always say it’s the last time. I wait a while and then decide to give them another chance just to get let down again. I even tried the mobile order and it was still wrong...
