The employees they do have are fantastic seem to work hard, work as quickly as possible and do the best they can, however the wait at this branch has ALWAYS been a problem. My assumption would be due to lack of staff. No idea. When there were two branches in town they were slow, when they closed one branch- still slow.nnThey closed their lobby (except to appointments) due to the pandemic. Which is understandable except they only have 2/3 drive thru lines open and lines are constantly wrapped around the building most of the day. It makes NO sense whatsoever.
Understaffed which makes them slow. Waited an hour in the drive thru.
Say to call for appointment, but number doesn't work or immediately hangs up
Not just the FP Branch, but Region’s in general has got the be the worst bank ever out there
Fort Payne one and only branch is very below par! They do not return calls, they do not forward claim information so claims are dismissed or closed without proper investigations and the manager refuses to return calls to attend to these matters!
