They have made banking very difficult. Beginning day 1 when I was setting up a checking account and they made a hard inquiry on my credit report after I SPECIFICALLY discussed with them not to!! Previous little was done to get it removed from my credit report and I’m still suffering from that inquiry today!!
Great staff and Cindy is so helpful.
Staff is very friendly but the online website and app needs improvement. The staff is super friendly and will help out to the best of their ability but they're very limited to what they can help with. If the banking system was a great as the staff it would definitely get a 10 star review
