Small town friendly service. Great rates.
5 stars is due to the great people that work there ,well except for the middle aged women that usually works the drive threw. What a nightmare. Not a fan of the book keeping dept but those people are in another office nomatter the issue it's gonna be your fault . I'm a disabled vet that has several deposits going through this bank every month so the bookkeeping dept acts like their doing you a favor . The Centre staff makes up for all the other stuff I go through it's sad how just a couple of people can change all the good other people try to do every day. Let's see if someone replies with putting the blame on me lollllll.
Absolutely love this bank. Everything is very personal. Greg always takes great care of me when I wanna buy something I know I don't need.
Always fast atm lane
Poor telephone customer service. Every time I have to call about my account, I feel as if it's a chore for them to help me. It's as if, I am bothering someone just to do their job. Also, very limited online capability for small things that the consumer should be able to take care of. I will eventually be closing this account.
