I would do negative stars if possible. Rude awful staff. ATM is always out of order. I had to go into the bank to pick up my debt card cause they flagged it. I tried to change my address twice to get my new debit card and they managed to not do it. I had to call Birmingham branch to have it fixed and maje an appointment in Albertville to have card made took almost a month. Stay away. Do not recommend.
Extremely slow, has the pace of a grandma. Hire some new people that will actually do the job and not take 1000 years
