If I call and ask about an employees rude behavior towards me and you tell me if i don't like it bring it back. That is worst customer service Ive ever seen.Until i called to talk to main manager same guy was on there and i was told to bring the item back.nIm so disappointed.I always say M&M had great customer service but they are worst.If their is a large group of them they wont even move.Just chatting away.You could always count on their employees to go above and beyond now they struggle with etiquette?nThe more i remember the more I miss.It used to feel like a warm family atmosphere there. People remembered you. They asked if you needed anything else. I might be asking for a lot but I don't think so. That's is how you get repeat customer service.nEmployees think they are always right not the customer.

I love running in here. They are super helpful and there is always staff around. But during the holidays it can get really busy and kinda packed. Worth it for the great gifts and selection. Wear a mask!!
