I trained under Mr Rine for over ten years and have since engaged in a multitude of other styles and systems, having left the Weirton area for the US Air Force back in 1998. Unmatched excellence here compared to some other top notch places. I’ve trained at the Northern Praying Mantis temple in Orlando, FL - jiujitsu in Denver, CO and Southwest Florida - and a handful of others that ended up more “wannabe” than effective solutions for personal growth and of course, self defense. Mr. and Mrs. Rine are exceptional- stick with it and you will not be disappointed...I promise you that.
