I always order a nitro cold brew from here and they give me ice, pretty sure they don't come with ice though as it sort of ruins the consistency of being nitro infused. So then I started asking for it without ice and they'd tell me thru the drive thru that the nitro coffee doesn't have ice, confirming that it indeed is made with no ice. So everytime they tell me it has no ice I won't ask specifically for no ice the next time I'm here and will end up with a drink that does have ice. So I either ask for no ice and get a snarky reply about how it doesn't come with ice or I get ice for not specifying.
Very clean friendly people. A somewhat limited veriaty no of doughnuts. It's a small shop inside a 7 11 .
This Dunkin ALWAYS makes my coffee right
Good place for a quick visit!
Horrible experience after the remodel. The new staff is pathetically incompetent. One of them gave me an attitude after they forgot to make my coffee. Such bad treatment, there are other Dunkins close by, avoid this one.
