Yeah booked a car yesterday get there today and because I have a chime secured visa they wouldn't rent to me and no one else has a car. Thanks my uncle is dying and now I cant get there. If I could give negative stars I would. 6 grand on me plus credit card that does accept rental cars triple a and I work for the dept of commerce. Even had the paper i printed with confirmation with credit card i found on it

Worst experience ever. Will not ever rent from them again. There website states they have pickup/drop off service but when you request that service they say they don't provide it. Would not accept my insurance so I had to pay an extra $35 a day which I was not planning on and then was not told about the $250 they would take out of my account and hold for a deposit until car was returned. Asked for pickup/drop off service to return the car which I was told again they do not provide but was told I could drop the car off at a body shop about a half mile from my home and walk home from there. Very unhappy with their service. Would not recommend. They need to change their website to state they do not provide these services.

They are always helpful and friendly. The only problem is if you need a car just for one day on a Sunday you still need to do a 2 day rental.
