I had a bad experience with SW airlines flying me to Texas when I was supposed to be in Kansas City, to my surprise. I also had difficulties with the luggage.nThey gave me vouchers and extended it 6 months.nDuring this time I had to get my hip replaced, couldn’t fly, and while I was recuperating, I found out that my place of employment as closing, and I couldn’t travel because of that.nCustomer service said nothing they can do, so I wrote in and they also so nothing they can do.nIn this time of Covid and businesses closing and travel difficult I would think they would be sympathetic to these extenuating circumstances and do something.nI am very disappointed and will NEVER fly Southwest again.
Southwest is pretty much the only airline i fly.
I fly Southwest whenever I fly. Even in the difficult times of Covid, Southwest is the best in the business.
Used to prefer Southwest...USED to. Delayed a 2 hour flight 4 hours despite the plane being reported to be on ground at the airport of departure. Came to find out it never landed in the first place, and the Southwest employees at the gate weren't aware of the most updated delays, nor the fact that flights had been swapped prior to heading to our airport. Southwest's lack of awareness over their own assets is alarming, and their unwillingness to make things right for their customers would never fly in another service industry. No pun intended.
Went to tampa bay from pittsburgh and didn’t die. That’s all I could ask for. 5 stars.
