They take really good care
I don’t think they should get a single star. Rudest customer service I have ever witnessed, my entire life. Do not get a ride from them.nnThey are foul. They cannot speak to you as humans. They lie and take forever. Some people have waited hours for a ride.
Called for a cab they said around 15 minutes have been sitting here for well over an hour. Tried to call back and no answer or goes straight to voice mail. Would not recommend at all.
We called for a cab at 9..they nvr showed up so we walked home..at 1120 they called saying they was there for us and now saying we owe the fee be4 we can use it ever again..the dude who answered was very rude and he said theyd send someone right over yet the cab lady who called me at 1120 said they just told her about us 25 mins ago..so they expect ppl to wait 2 hrs 20 mins for a ride home..i do not ever recommend this business
