Our first time to Ruttenbucks was good! Our waiter, Lewis, was very good. Our party had pulled chicken bbq sandwich, a Reuben, chicken tenders and peirogies. All was delicious and served promptly. A family friendly, local restaurant is perfect for Glen Dale, WV.
Love their WV dip. Mmmmmm
It’s really hit & miss as far as service and food. I love their steak but A L L of their sides, they are not much to write about. If you order pick up & there is a car in front of you, if their order isn’t ready they don’t tell them to park & they will bring it out to you so the next person who’s food is ready don’t have to now wait for that persons food to get done. Honestly I don’t think they even know that someone else is waiting in line because they walk off from the window & don’t come back until that order is ready. I waited 23 minutes for the car in front of me to finally get their food so I could get ours. Now perhaps that’s what I get for going out without my face on ud83dude09. Yes there are more to life to worry about but if you have a drive through just check it every 10 minutes or so.
Hats off to the chef. The meal was really good... Waitress was nice and quick.
1st time got take out Burger was great I'll be going back for sure!
