I had an oil change, it was done in a timely manor and it cost less than an oil change from a leading competitor. Thats even with getting the air filter replaced. I will return to have other issues worked on
Very polite and it’s obvious that they care about the customers. A manager went above and beyond to help me out and saved me from having to buy a new tire when he could have easily made a $100+ sale, but instead he made a very happy customer.
I arrived at the auto center at 4:50 pm, my vehicle was next to be serviced. I watched the female employee who had checked in the previous vehicle walk around aimlessly while avoiding two customers and myself. After 30 minutes of this, I spoke up and told the employee I was there for an oil change. This was now 5:20. They had one truck in bay one. She (shorter lady with red hair and glasses) then says sir we close at 6 pm we arent taking any more appointments. It does not take 40 minutes to change oil. This is pure laziness and just plain ridiculous.

If I could give a zero star I would. I spent the better part of an hour trying to get a hold of TLE on the tenth of June. I was hung up on a least ten times throughout the course of that from 5pm till 6pm and only heard a voice once and told them that I had been trying for the last hour and that person hung up on me as well.. Poor service is an understatement considering I neve got iterate over the problem. I also have filed a report with wallmarts customer service line and will be taking the photos of the dropped calls to a manager at the Moundsville store tomorrow. There is no excuse for the blatant rudeness of the workers in this department.
