3mo this ago I ordered on the app and went to pick it up via drive thru. I get home open my subs up and it looked as if there were no toppings on them. A month later, I ordered again but this time I picked x2 all toppings and guess what once again it as if I was eating slivers of lettuce, mayo and turkey. I called to complain and I was told you can return the subs and they will be made. Everyone knows around there people live 30mins away. Why the hell should I have to make another 1hour out of my way for lazy employees. And then I was told all the employees have a Standard topping amount to put on... I understand, but I requested x2 toppings where as what they gave me was less than standard amount of toppings. I'll give it one more time to see if anything changes.

If you would ask me 6 months ago, I would say never go to this Subway. However, it seems as if they hired a new manager. There was an employee, I am assuming the manager, training two kids. She was training the two kids while making my sub order. She was calm, professional, and paid great attention to the subs as well. Whoever she is, manager or not, DO NOT LET HER GO! Before she was there, I could not stand going to this subway location.

This Subway is a small town business that is a must stop if your ready for something eat. These folks get your order right evry time! Let's eat!

They installed a drive through but wouldn't let you pay through the window. You had to walk inside to pay! Kind of missing the point of a drive through. I think they had enough complaints to finally change that ridiculous policy.... but not sure...

Went in and 2 employees standing around doing nothing. Food counter slopped up. Place was dirty. Tables, floor, food prep area.. Both behind counter very rude. Ask for managers name and one of them said that they was the manager. Subway needs to do an undercover boss on this place. Second time in. Will be the last.n.
