If your goal is to get in a basic workout, using fully functioning yet older workout machines, then this is a perfect place for those needs. If you are looking for more high-tech fitness center you will need to go elsewhere, however, if you want to get a good workout in without all the distractions this is a perfect place. The monthly rate is also quite reasonable.
