Great place for a no nonsense workout! It isn’t fancy. So if you need a gym with all new equipment and fitness classes look elsewhere. Grizzlies may not have everything you want but, they have everything you need for a fit, muscular, and strong body. Plenty of free weights, older machines, good cardio equipment. Grizzlies is not for everyone. If you are looking for a serious place to work out, Grizzlies may be for you!

I went into this place just looking for a quick workout where I could get a good sweat in and head home after a tough day at work, but the second I walked through the door the positive atmosphere changed my whole mood. I think his name was Bill or ‘Pap’, he came up and shook my hand and made small talk with me and made me feel at home. He asked if I wanted to work in with him while we did a warm up of sit ups (man he can do some sit ups) So as our workout progressed I looked over at the board and noticed they had not one but multiple record holders and for a small area that’s fantastic. (Won’t see those at PF ) but anyways, I was so intrigued by how this gym got all these records and began to investigate further. I noticed everyone encouraged others when going for their new PR and it was a such an amazing experience I wanted to be part of it so I joined and I’ve never thought about going to any other gym! It supports local business not like a franchise. It has wonderful bathrooms/ changing areas and the cleanliness of the whole facility is superb! Highly recommend this gym to everyone! And always open 24/7 with all the equipment you need!
