Joined last week and got my key today. People there are very friendly and helpful. Starting to understand the concept of making muscle. Now I have more than one routine. Upper body one day lower body the next day.

Back in town again and Anytime Fitness is always a must. Awesome place and people.
The place has an identity crisis. Do they pander to the 'roid heads ( btw, its just a term, I'm not suggesting they are on steroids, but their behavior hints they might) who hog and mistreat equipment while managing to be rude? Or do they try to be more family centered with a friendly enviroment like Planet Fitness.nThey fail miserably at both. The equipment lay out is poor and inadequate. At $40/ month its way overpriced but being the only franchise game in town, like a lot of things in Shenandoah Co., you make the best of what it is.
