Great customer service! Came in today, in a pinch, desperately trying to find a good running vehicle that was worth buying. Didn't see any within my budget so I went to another lot. The other lots had vehicles with rusted bodies, no inspection stockers, and 150,000+ miles. I called Budget Pre Owned Auto to see if they could give me a better deal. Owner Pete offered me a nice Chevy Impala with only 90k miles and came way down on the price to meet my budget! Title transfer and temp tags done on site. Pete even gave me $20 for gas. 10/10 Highly recommend! Don't get scammed by these other places!

BUYER BEWARE!nThe people come off as nice but over all the vehicles they sell are trash.nPurchased van from them in August and by the end of September it started over heating and naturally they wouldn't even consider looking or helping in any form. After 400 dollars later in various replacement parts it still kept trying to over heat. Took it to a garage and turns out the engine had been filled an coated with stop a leak. Ripped off my family and put us at risk buyer beware.

Pete and his staff are top notch! If you are looking for a car, need help finding something specific and reliable this is the place to go. Fair, honest folks who will go out of their way to help put you in the right car and help find you the car you are looking for as quickly as possible. I have made new friends for life and would not hesitate to send family and friends here.

This place is awful! Please I beg of you, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! First off my ac stopped working 2 days after I got the vehicle and he said he would get me a new air compressor since clearly it was broken already well after that he would not answer or return my calls. Then I had to replace everything underneath, rotors wheel barrings etc. Then after a month all of a sudden it just won’t start, had to replace the fuse box to get it to start. It was doing that for a while before we knew what was wrong with it. He sold us a money pit! Every time I turn around something is broken!
