My experience with this dealership has been pure perfection. From the sales staff to management; every single concern I had was assuaged and handled professionally.nI’ve never bought a vehicle from out of state, and as this was quite an expensive car, I had plenty of trepidation right from the start. I can say this about Astorg and Diana (my sales rep): This is how all dealerships should operate. Literally every part of the transaction was smooth, they were honest and transparent with me, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer.nI WILL be buying another car from them when the time comes, and I think if you’re looking at cars from them, you should too. P.S. Ask for Diana! This entire experience was a 10/10 for me :)

Astorg has made buying a vehicle an experience unlike I’ve ever experienced in the past. Their no hassle pricing was thousands under blue book value. Our salesman, Landon, has checked up on us several times since purchase and even set up an appointment to have the vehicle serviced to fix a minor issue found at the time of purchase. I highly recommend Astorg and our salesman, Landon. I won’t purchase a vehicle anywhere else in the future.

I was an out-of-State purchase with a tight schedule. Dealt with Kevin Campbell in sales all by phone. Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience ever. Kevin was very proactive from the first time I reached out to his dealer. He did a quick video from his phone, a “walk around” of the overall condition of the vehicle before we advanced the deal any further. Afterward we moved forward and he provided all information one would ever need when considering buying. A pleasure to work with and, when I arrived in West Virginia, the actual transaction took just minutes and we were back on the road. I live over six hours away and would definitely consider purchasing at Astorg again.

So unprofessional got my personal information stop answering phone calls salesman Landon Moore so unconcerned all i was trying to do was get a better understanding in regards to my credit app and the way i was treated was so unfair be aware!!!!!!
