I wish I could rate my experience with Stephens Auto higher than five stars. Purchasing a vehicle should be exciting and not stressful. That is exactly what John and the rest of the staff at Stephens provide. He has been attentive and informative to any and all questions that I have had. Straight forward/Zero haggle with pricing and placing my order has made my decision to drive five hours to pick up my new Ford BRONCO an easy decision. I would highly recommend John and the rest of the staff at Stephens without any reservations!!

I made a reservation in my hometown for a 2021 Bronco. Never heard a word from them for two months. I changed my reservation to Stephens Auto Center in spite of a six hour drive rather than the 15 minute trip to my local dealer. The trip will be worth thousands in savings. I spoke to the dealership several times and was very pleased by the experience. When it was time to convert my reservation to an order I received and email saying I was going to contacted by phone in several days. Phone call came and placed my order in about 10 minutes. Instantly received an email confirmation of my order. Besides the great customer support and communications they have one of the best deals in the country. My last car purchase from Stephens Auto was a brand new 2005 Ford Mustang. I’ve strayed away from Fords since then, but now I’m back and completely ecstatic for my purchase of a brand new FORD BRONCO. John has been amazing at keeping me up to date with current information released from Ford. I appreciate the quick reply to my emails and always honest answers. I’ve been working with John and his team on my Bronco Black Diamond reservation and they have exceeded my expectations! I’m from Atlanta and will be making the 7 hour drive to come pick up my Bronco because Stephen’s Auto was so helpful and knowledgeable on my reservation! Transferring my reservation to Stephen’s from another Atlanta local dealership was the best decision I made throughout the entire process (besides reserving a Bronco of course).
