They do more than just ac/heating. Today they replaced a copper pipe on top of my hot water heater. Their employees are professional and great at their job. They don't waste time and they get the problem fixed for you. They set up a appointment asap and then send you a text or call when the employee is on their way to you. This is why I have also found that for the price it is well worth using JQ Air & Electric.

I called to have a Nest thermostat installed and had expected to see an installation expert within the next day or two, he was out later that day and had the thermostat installed and working within 30 minutes. Great service, friendly staff, and prompt invoicing and payment, this business has it all.

JQ Air & Electric installed a new air conditioning unit in an older home that I just purchased. I was very impressed with their communication throughout the process. When a problem developed the day of install, I called Jason and he sent a tech over right away to address the problem. Later that same day I had another concern, which he assured me would be fine until he could get someone over first thing in the morning to take a look. I was so impressed when they showed up at 7 am to address the issue! I also was thankful that Jason took my call (after hours) and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance lol. The issue was resolved and I'm enjoying my new home so much better with the benefit of central air! The men that worked on my home were prompt, courteous and ultimately I have a great new system that will bring me so much comfort in the years to come. Jason has been very professional and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend calling this company - they have the kind of integrity that our world is sorely lacking. I'm so glad I called them - they have been great!!
