I gave it 2 stars not for the food but the delivery. I love this place. Order constantly. Definitely expensive but worth it. However, definitely need better service and drivers. Thankfully I have cameras outside my house and happened to check them wondering if my food came because family is hungry!! My food sat outside in the cold for 12 minutes before I got it. It’s December in New England people.. LETS RING A DOORBELL AND NOT BE LAZY TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THEIR FOOD IS ON THE PORCH.

I ordered pizza online prior to the fairhaven store opening, and scheduled a 1230 delivery. It arrived 25 minutes late, the driver sat in his car staring at his phone, not even concerned about the delivery, I had to yell to get his attention, even though the instructions are to bring the order to the vestibule. he just sat there til I yelled. When I opened the box, the pizza was burned. The fairhaven location is terrible at customer service. I will be ordering from new bedford only from now on. Its a shame Fairhaven cant get their act together. Not a tip worthy store.

Claimed I ordered a broccoli pizza when I ordered cheese pepperoni , tried to make due and no one liked it. Called back and they slammed me saying I lied. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life. Im calling the manager in the morning and I want the owner. But the kicker is, ready..... they told me to call papa ginos hahaha losers

Food over priced not the same as online menu 2 dollars more delivery driver very rude and disrespectful called the restaurant and was treated the same way asked about price difference was told to f myself and hung up on never go there agian
