The pharmacy at this place has terrible Customer service, they said my prescription would be done in an hour, an hour later I show up and he said another hour. I asked politely if there was any way to get it sooner and he replied, nope with a very rude attitude
Poor customer service. Inadequate knowledge. Poor store appearance (inside and outside)
I love going here after holiday shopping is over for others, I buy all my birthday gifts all at once for really cheap!!
Every time I’ve been in this store they’ve been great.
Called in to ask if they had drug test in store and she immediately answered "we dont sell that" then i told her "Im pretty sure i saw some the other day". She then responded "uhhmmm i think theyre like $10" i asked if she could check and she said she cant... horrible customer service. If you dont want to do your job then find another one. I doubt walking down the aisle to check wouldnt be hard in a small store like this.
