I bought some Christmas gifts and had issues with their klarna payment plan on my phone four different representatives st the Rue21 store went out of their way to help me they even offered their personal hotspot. My first time ever shopping in this store and I absolutely love it. The clothing was fashionable being a plus size girl cute clothes are hard to find without looking like SpongeBob! So thank you Rue 21. And to add they had a bunch of amazing deals which was a plus.. My customer service experience was great. They were so helpful in helping find stuff and very attentive.. Found a new shopping place. Love it❤
