Thought I would finally give in and try JJ. I found a hair in my sandwich. Yes. A hair. While we are in a pandemic. Also walked in and saw customers with no masks on (they were NOT there to eat, but were ordering food). Very irresponsible all around. Safe to say I’m going to stick to other sandwich places.

I usually like JJ but after how the woman was rude toward me when I called to question the delivery time. Guess she doesn't want my businessnBye JJ on to others that care to have a decent conversation not complain and be rudenNot only that looks like the sandwich is just tossed together. Wow sad.
More often than not this location has gotten my order incorrect and most recently I marked that I would like my order left at the door because I am immuno-compromised and yet the delivery man stayed for minutes until I finally opened the door. WHY would you even have the option in your ordering system if you REFUSE to leave the order at my door?
My tuna sandwich was soggy and Inedible and it’s never been like this any other time I’ve ordered from here. I called to the store to complain and the man on the phone gave me attitude. Will never be ordering from here again. I know they left my sandwich just sitting there for it to get soggy like it did.
