I had a $5 reward I needed to use before it expired. I was looking online to see what they had. I found several items that are super cute. I am hesitant to order things online for my kiddo because he is tall & skinny & I want to make sure things will fit him alright. I went to the store to find the items. When they were rung up, the prices were DOUBLE what they were online! I asked about why & they did give me the online price, but I don't think it's very fair the prices are more in the store. I will definitely check the online prices before I pay from now on.

Worst return/exchange policy of any retail store in business. PLEASE improve your return/exchange policy. Even if I have the receipt I dread making a return because it takes forever. The cashier has to find each item on the receipt and cross it out by hand. If you don’t have the receipt you can only exchange for the exact same item in a different size. Clothes are reasonably priced but the customer service and exchange policy are antiquated and need to be updated to stay on pace with every other retail store.

I had THE WORST customer service experience ever at this location. First of all, the store was packed with clothing racks—hardly any room to get around by myself let alone a small umbrella stroller. Not safe. Which absolutely doesn’t make sense for a kids clothing store. I went in with my three boys...My youngest in a stroller and the two older boys (4&6) were playing peek-a-boo with the youngest. The employee, who i later found out was one of the managers, yelled several times at my boys to stop running. I’ll admit, they were being loud giggling and messing around with the baby but they weren’t running. No room for running. During this time I’m also trying my hardest to get them to stop. But also waiting patiently for someone to ring me up...My heart racing and I’m beginning to blush bc of the craziness. Then suddenly my 4yr old knocks over a rack... said child is apologizing profusely and crying. Im trying to pick up the rack, console my child, all while feeling embarrassed trying not to cry and also just feeling terrible about the entire thing. The manager comes over and says with a nasty tone of voice, “this is why we don’t run”. Ok I get my kids we’re acting up but also I was trying my hardest and I desperately wanted to make my purchase and get out of there. BUT THIS IS ALSO A KIDS STORE. Expect bad days. I’ve worked retail plenty of times... that manager should have shown empathy, offered to help nicely. But she didn’t. She was just rude. Obviously she’s in the wrong line of retail.

Great place for kids clothes. Emily was super helpful. They have great customer service. 45 day return period with a receipt. Without a receipt you can only exchange for a different size if they have it. I shop here for christmas gifts and they always have a great selection of clothes. They start at newborn size and go up to a size 16.

giving a 2 because this location is 100% not accessible to wheel chairs.. The store is so jammed packed you can barely walk.. Its extremely unorganized..
