Its a nice store, they just dont have everything there since the location is smaller. I went about 2 months ago to get a "White Pumpkin wallflower fragrance" but they didn't have any. They told me they would call me when they had more, but I never received a call, and now they have moved on to their Christmas scents. Hopefully I can get some white pumpkin next year! 🙏

Very nice and clean store... the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. The store smelled delightful...

They are doing a good job at keeping shoppers safe from covid while shopping in their store.

They hand sanitizer and I waa able to use coupons. There was a line but I got in and out fast and loved the items

Not generally my cup of tea, but the store had good hygiene habits, even during covid. A decent experience but 2 minor complaints. TLDR: It's a store. Nothing worth writing home about. Can't think of an alternative specialty store, so if you don't like fancy soap, high quality lotion, or funky candles, just go to Target. 1. Store Layout While the displays were visually appealing and generally well spread, it was highly counterintuitive to getting a look at the whole selection. This results in not feeling as though you're making an informed decision as to what fragrences are available. If you just know what you like and are the type to grab and go, this is fine, but I don't go out that often, so I like to get a thorough look at my options. By the end of the trip I thought I had seen all the fragrences, but I found, as I was checking out, that there was a whole wall *just* to the right of the register that had an alternate selection of hand soaps that had preferable scents to what I had gotten. And getting a nice stock of hand soaps for my bathroom was the entire point of the trip. :/ Especially considering there was a sale for *those specific soaps* this was majorly poor planning. This could be reminded by having a sort of *menu?* for the selection, for example, there is a wide variety of 3 wick candles made by different brands, perhaps a list of all the fragrences with the brand name beside? On top of that the displays are quite dense, it seems like they have their entire store inventory on display. Considering my next point this seems like a missed opportunity for utilizing space. 2. Too many employees. There were at least three employees walking around the store either cleaning or restocking, a greeter, and 2 cashiers. And this is not a large store. I know of some grocery stores with fewer on shift employees. This results in the store having a lot of people in it (for the allotted space) if more than 3-4 groups if customers are there. During covid? Hmm. You don't need 3 different employees stocking and cleaning at the same time. MAYBE 2. Though if the greeter helped, only 1 would be required. And considering the displays were under no circumstances hurting for a restock, even for visual purposes, that would still only require 1 "floating" employee to stock and sanitize. This was only made glaringly obvious by that fact that each of the "floating" employees each told us different and conflicting information about the sales... Minor but infuriating. Summed up. It's a soap store, could be better could be worse, but considering I go there less than once a year, not exactly anything worth making a fuss over.
