My Daughters dress was supposed to be done by late May early June we are now mid July and I'm still getting the run around. My daughters Quinceanera is in 3 more months. I am most likely going to have to send invitations out without her picture ( which I already paid for) When you are planning a wedding or Quinceanera everything is all about the dress and if it isnt done in a timely manner you can't just go somewhere else in short notice. This has been a horrible experience! I would not recommend Nikki's Bridal no matter how great the price or quality is (which i dont have the dress so i cant speak to that yet)

They gave me a ripped dress for over 100$ off(which was very generous). He was so excellent to me (the manager). He made me feel special for my prom day and divided all of his attention to me. I went and dropped off the dress to get the zipper fixed and the guy gave my dress to some one else on "accident". I called him crying saying how i had no prom dress now and the guy wouldn't refund my money and that my prom was in an hour. He said i could wear one of his dresses free of charge and apologized and was so sweet.After a while he called back (but by then i already had the police there at the dry cleaning place that "lost" my dress, and they miraculously after 4 hours found my dress.) and said he had 3 dresses lined up for me in my size ready to go and again apologized even though it was not his fault at all. He told me to have a great night. I will highly recommend this place to anyone! my dress was so beautiful and such a great price with such amazing service. I will definitely be going for my wedding, my next prom, home coming! This is such an awesome place with such beautiful dresses.I'm so amazed at the kindness they have showed me.

They did such a great job with my step daughters quince dress we looked all over the valley. They made the perfect dress just like she wanted, also owner was kind and super helpful

We had a short time to find the perfect prom dress for a very picky teen. The staff at Nikki's was wonderful to help us, and we were able to find the perfect dress! It's absolutely stunning, and my daughter was stunning in it! Thank you so much!!
