Starting with lady that answered my call, she was very helpful, transferred me to lady making appointments, she was awesome! Then i had a gentlemen come fix my problem that day! He explained everything that was going on and it was done super quick! I wouldn't call anyone other that this company ever! Professional, courtesy, super understanding, and gets the job done! I noticed some issues in my lights and was unsure of how to go about figuring out where the issue was. For a while, I just figured it was the main lines and not something I could change. I had a scare when a an old exhaust fan locked up and started smoking, which I could smell in the house. Because of this, I figured it was time to call someone. These guys were the first ones I get to come in within a few days. After a few quick test, one of the service guys heard a small noise and then found that my main box was arcing. They gave me options of a quicker temporary fix or replacing the board entirely. I opted for the board to be replaced, added a surge protector, and had them install a new exhaust fan. I was able to pay online which is good for me since I never have cash. This was months ago and I have had no issues. I am happy with their service and had no issues dealing with them. I am having them come back out to service my generator.
