One of my good friends has worked for the owner of this business, and only lasted a very short time because he is the absolute worst boss to work for. He has ridiculous high expectations, no grace or patience for training and learning, demeans his employees, and undercuts their paystubs (by hundreds and hundreds of dollars ). He lies, and slowly steals your money by being dishonest. He has anger problems and I would never work for him and I wouldn’t give him my business either.
Great company. Respond to work orders promptly, complete work professionally and in a timely fashion. The company prides itself on transparency and does a great job of walking customers through the installation process from start to finish.
Great leadership with great experience and knowledge of signs, lighting maintenance, commercial lighting distribution and energy audits. Customer service is outstanding, and they get the job done in a timely manner. They are the people you want working for you.
I have seen the way that the owner talks to his employees and he is verbally abusive and treats them terribly. He is rude, condescending, selfish, and cares nothing for his employees. Do not use this company
