Well My Day was fine, Until I went for a refill for my Prescription. While I had to wait fifteen minutes, I decided to shop as usual, But I had my Son and husband along. I made a purchase and Got my Prescription and walking out the door. My Son got stopped by the Security who had his eyes on him since we walked in the Pharmacy. I've been a Loyal Customer at this Rite- Aid for three yrs. Now and I never had a Problem until today. When he told my Son to See what he put in The Bag he had, Which I have my own Bags to put my purchases in. He said I have receipts for everything in the Bag, which he showed him. But I was enraged at the fact without no reason he racially profiled my Son the minute he walked in. Cause if he was doing his Job!!! He would of Noticed my Husband when we walked out the door that he had a long sleeve shirt on his shoulder he forgot to purchase. But he was so Focused on my Son that he didn't even noticed what my husband accidentally left out with due to this incident. We went back in and asked to see the Kid to teach him a lesson on how to really do his Job!! We purchased the shirt as well. But he didn't want to face the Truth on how Unfair it is to Judge Ppl. Due to their Skin Color. Will never purchase anything ever again from this Rite- Aid on Purchase St. New Bedford.

I've been trying to get through on the phone lines since Wednesday around 4:00pm. Why is it that you cannot get through to anyone in that store??? NOT ANYONE. THE PHONE ON YOUR END ALWAYS HANGS UP AFTER 16 phone calls I gave up. So what's the issues

Went to the store to look around for decorations as as soon as I went into the store Two gentleman started following me around felt very very uncomfortable had one gentleman come up to me and asked me what was in my container I had a tube for photographs it was empty I just purchased it he asked me if I played pool I said no sir I do not well can I see what's inside your container I felt a little upset that I was being followed around the store then the other gentleman was just standing next to me every aisle I went into so I asked him if I could help him he said no don't worry about me I'm just doing my job well I felt very very uncomfortable then when I questioned them before I left ask for management and they come running to the door and they said that I am making a scene I will be barred from the store me personally I think if your going to be security of a store take a step back and let the customer shop before you scare them off .because I don't even get what I went in the store for .
