There coffee is the best the staff sometimes dont like to check on it but at least they will do what the customers ask and I think the staff is nice I know that they dont have there days but at least they put enough effort for what they do
poor customer service. not only was the cashier (both rude) they didnt sell me cigarette cause they wanted to card all of us. saying that its because its the law. please update your cashiers that its the law if and only if a minor is standing right next to the person paying. i was with my little sister and brother. nehda was rude about the whole situation please train your employees better and if they want to go by the "law" to know exactly how its stated.
The cookies that are exclusive to Jackson's are incredible. Plus the staff at this store tend to get to know you because they're happy working here.
To me it's worth the extra few minutes to drive here.
Since this company has takin over not as personable as it has been for last 24 years. Fuel prices higher than 1 block away go in to get food and no hot dogs on grill than they started charging for air in tires. Losing long time customers and need to learn customer service which starts with manager.
