I mean, its a 7-11. quick in - kinda hard to get out cuz' of the traffic.
The cashier that works graves was very ignorant and unprofessional with me the other night. I was in the store for about 15 minutes which he knew I was in there and when I went to pay for my items he had asked if I was paying with cash or card. I told him with my card and he tells me he can only do cash because the machines were updating. So I told him OK no problem. And he had too tell me 4 more times with attitude that he cannot do cards only cash. He could have told me this as soon as I walked in the store like he did with the others after me that walked in. And if he was a professional at all then he should have put a notice on the doors instead of waiting until I had 10 items that I had to put back in front of everyone. I felt humiliated. No one should ever feel that way leaving a convenient store
Good selection on most things you would expect from a gas station. The employees have always been professional.
This use to be a very nice store ive been going there for yrs i went this morning and it was nasty not clean and the coffee was gross so i said something to the cashier she got rude told me dont come there the dirtiest store ive ever been in
Ahmed is very ignorant and rude! I order online 3 slurpee’s and two of the slurpees were not settled and half way full! They didn’t call to ask if I’d like to switch the flavor or anything. So I called the store and asked to get different slurpees or my money back. Ahmed started yelling at me over the phone then had the audacity to call me stupid all because his store gave me bad slurpees. He said he was the manger and he needs to be fired and have better customer service. Not ok!
