I walked into this Little Caesars for a hot and ready and they told me it is going to be 15 minutes. Why call it a hot and ready if I can't get it like the promise says
Pizza was not only not cut correctly, but not cut through. I've worked at Little Caesars in the past. It doesn't take much more pressure to cut through. Also, knowingly seeling my product that is deviating from advertised state without my request was kind of bad. Also, the girl in the back dropped the pam gripper on the floor and proceeded to go right back to using it.
If I had an option of 0 stars that’s what they would get. The so called manager was very rude and I mean RUDE ! She refused to give me my pizzas cause I told her if she wasn’t having a good day it wasn’t the customers fault . When u asked her for her name she refused and said she wasn’t going to give me my pizzas she canceled my order and as of today I have not received my refund . Yes I paid with a debit cardnHORRIBLE SERVICE
