I had a co-worker pick me up a #9 Italian with double meat. The sandwich was $6.50, I expected the double meat would be two or three dollars more. When I got the sandwich & receipt I was shocked to see they charged me $6.75 extra for double meat. So they charged me more for the extra meat than the original sandwich cost!!!! Really!?!! I called to be sure this was not a mistake... I was informed this is just how they do business. I told her if I had known you were going to charge me like that, I WOULD HAVE JUST ORDERED 2 SANDWICHs!!!!! It would have cost less!!!!

Subpar service at this location is a compliment. We waited 30 minutes (we have the screen shot to see when online order was placed) before just going in to ask about our 2 sandwiches when I was the only non-employee in the store. They never switched whatever is needed to let us know that the order was ready for pickup. When I did go inside, the one employee was standing toward the back consumed with whatever was on his phone, clearly too busy to greet or assist a customer until I guess it was clear I wasn't just going to go away. By the time I made it home, I wasn't surprised to see that the order was still not marked as ready for pick up.

I love Jimmy Johns but the employees at this location, especially the “manager” on duty today, are terrible and unwelcoming. No one greeted us as we walked in - first words out of the “managers” mouth were “It’s going to be a while before I can even take your order. Like a long time. I have ALL these sandwiches to make.”nIf there is a long wait, you should be apologetic and ensure the customer that you will be with them as soon as possible. I might expect this from some low level employee but apparently this girl was the manager, which seriously left me wondering what this franchisee was thinking in hiring this type of representative for their brand. The other employee working was just as terrible; when asked if I could get the managers name (this was before I knew it was the girl) he said “Why?” Ummm because I asked? Is that not a good enough reason?

Food was good but we ordered a unwitch and got a regular sandwich. They remade our order, but both employees stated that the unwitch can not be cut. That’s funny because everyone I have been to have cut it without us asking. ud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14 were they mad because they messed up. Inquiring minds wanna know.
