I gave it a 2 because our order was delivered on time. The driver delivered with care, practiced no contact as requested but stood at the end of my walkway to make sure I got the pizzas and to say Thank you.nThe pizza on the otherhand is just just tasteless bread. There was a time when Pizza Hut was so full of flavor, lots of sauce, cheese and toppings. Today it's just something that looks like pizza. They should change the name to Pizza Not.nMaybe its just the Bailey Boswell location. Its been a long time since I ordered from the Saginaw Main location. Maybe they still make the good pizza I remember. I'll try it next and update this review.
Idk, but the pizza I got was.... Perfect. Like seriously, the toppings themselves looked like they were actually placed thoughtfully. Who ever worked tonight, April 3rd, @1230a.m. you killed it! Keep it, and pay no mind to the naysayers.
This place is a joke when it comes to customer service we were looking forward to having a location closer to us for convenience but they have been anything but.. They need a lot of work on people skills and quite frankly Kayla deserves to be fired.
Called at 615 on 29 Sep to order two pizzas. What sounded like a woman took my information and my order. I asked how long will it take and they said 15 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later and NOHING WAS MADE. The guy at the counter ask IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG. Did you call the right place? He asked. I showed him the address and phone which he confirmed was his. He offered to make a pizza and that it would take 15 minutes. Nope. Not getting my money.
Disgusting pizza. Pizza was half cooked and wings had some black stuff on the inside. Will not order from this location again.
