Dude - just go across the street to Marco's. I didn't want to give any stars...not a single star because this is the worst Pizza Hut known to man. In short, a few months ago I ordered a large supreme pizza - received an empty box instead. I decided to give them another shot since my son wanted their pasta - this time not only did the not answer the phone the first two times I tried calling (online ordering wasn't working), but they actually picked up and hung up in my face. Avoid the price and ridiculous customer service - definitely not worth it.

Had to wait for another 15 minutes on top of the 15 minutes on a curbside pick-up since the workers misread my order of wings. The worker was nice of enough though to come out and tell us. And the wings nice, hot and freshly made! :))

This young lady that was working night shift hung up on me, while I was taking my order, and she placed my order without telling me what did I order. Now i don’t even know what I ordered. She also said wait 1hr for my order. What a great employee, employee of the yearud83dudc4fud83cudffdud83dudc4fud83cudffdThis young lady is not a good employees, she has no manner. I also called 5 time to canceled the order, she did not answer at all. December 12,2020, 6:48 pm. I hope the manager see’s this, I order half pepperoni an half veggie and 8 wings. She didn’t even ask em what kind of wings I want

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this has to be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever gotten pizza from. I have given them chance after chance because I do enjoy Pizza Hut pizza but this one just never seems to hit the Mark; whether it’s the wrong order, cold pizza, undercooked, or just poor service. I swear, you have to try to to be this bad on such a consistent basis. This place needs to close down.

I ordered a large with jalapeños on half and black olives, the put EXTRA jalapeños on the entire pizza and also green olives and onion, which I did not ask for, I’ve called twice now and no response , do not go here, there’s always something wrong
