I am a repeat Mr. Jim’s customer and I have never been disappointed. I was surprised to find this many negative reviews. I love their pizza much more than the other guys with whom we’re most familiar. The flavor and seasonings are so authentic and delicious. ud83dude0b Their BBQ Chicken pizza is my favorite! I normally get deliveries and the driver always delivers with a smile, very courteous, and within reasonable time. There were a couple of times when delivery was slow but overall they’re good with me. I don’t have any complaints. They are my #1 pizza place.
Prior to today Mr Jim's was always impressive. Sheilas customer service was shameful. I fully understand that everyone is stressed out about what we recently have had to endure however you have a job and that is to maintain customer relations. Be professional and courteous.

This will be the last time I order from them. It’s the same deliver guy every time...he is hanging on by a thread. Poor guy is so high on meth and doesn’t even care not one bit. Shame. Im not hungry anymore.
