Main Event Fort Worth North

Long wait when we came in to get all you can play. Told us climbing ropes would open at 12. It's 1 and they are still closed. Tried to bowl, 8 lanes open but I have to wait an hour and a half on a waiting list and they are not skipping every other lane. Son wanted to spend points, guy put all our points on one card and left all money on a separate card. Huh? Was shocked when I asked to put all points and money on a single card. Have never been disappointed here. But this time I don't know what's going on. The waiter was super nice. Friendly and pretty attentive. Kudos to her.

Everything is great except that you may not actually get to do everything you pay for. I understand spring break is busy but we were told we would have a 1 hour wait for bowling so I bought wristbands to do the other things. Three hour wait for gravity ropes and our bowling lane ended up being pushed to a 2.5 hour wait without any notification. Waiting for food service without a lane was just as bad. The experience just isn’t worth the money.

I went here looking to have a good time with my kid but had to say the overall experience was meh. Customer Service was mediocre at best. Bought tickets to do the Gravity Ropes what they failed to mention that it had over an hour wait if I had known that I wouldn't have paid for it. There was a 3 hour wait for bowling and pool tables were all booked out. The bulk of the games are ticket based games and Beat Saber was completely down. Don't think I will be back

This Main Event is not my favorite. Lanes are not sectioned off. Little kids bowling next to adults not wearing masks. The Main Event in South Fort Worth has every other lane blocked off, it's a nice courtesy. Ordered a coke and it tasted like the cup was never washed. I will not be back at this location.

We experience the the worst of the worst. We called days in advance to arrange to celebrate our husband birthdays. I arrived the day of to purchase our all you can play passes as I was advised by the staff to come early. I stopped in at 10 am purchase 6 wristbands and spoke with multiple staff on what we would be able to do. Not once did they advise me that they may reach capacity and we would not be able to enter and would have to potentially wait an extended period of time. Communication is key, one of the many staff members I spoke with that morning could have advised me this so we could have arrived at a specific time or changed our plans all together. Once we were admitted to enter, we cleaned a high top ourselves so we could take a seat and place our names on multiple lists of events so we could start our evening. There was no sand for the shuffle board there was a 2hr wait for a bowling lane, and our friends was cut off before she could even order her first drink. We enjoyed dinner at a neighboring establishment and had all of one round of drinks prior to entering Main Event. Not one of our friends or ourselves were intoxicated or acting in any inappropriate manner. We had been in there less then 15m and our night was already off to a horrific start. We decided to get a full refund and take our business elsewhere. That was another issue. They took 30minutes to process our refund and gave us a difficult time regarding our refund. It was probably the worst customer experience we have ever dealt with. Stephanie was a great to work with she listened and was willing to work with us. Barnes was not and he gave us a run around.over all we all choose not to return to this establishment. Be advised if you choose to have dinner prior they may choose not to serve you beverages.
