This is my favorite station. The employee's are all kind and nice. It's a very friendly store. Great service.
The manager here is extremely childish the gas station is disgusting and smells all the time
I have come in for years to this maverik and there is employee named Daya that is rude and very unprofessional to customers. When my husband and I came in We came up to the register she called my husband sweet cheeks and that is very unprofessional and not how you should talk to your customers and also it makes my husband and i not want to come there why she is there and there should be something done to fix her behavior or i will stop coming in completely.
I would mark it higher however, after witnessing Carla’s unprofessional and hostile behavior on repeated occasions I do not want to rate it higher. Today she flipped out on the sales floor. She was yelling and muttering under her breath and throwing things. She is so rude and hostile even at times to customers.
GINA asked me "DO YOU WANT YOUR CHANGE?" no GINA just throw it on the floor POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GINA, we always want our change, and your probably over always in your till.
